- Strategic Planning: What does your organization need to do the coming five years in order to reach its goals? Invite all staff, maybe clients or suppliers in a creative, yet structured process where you brainstorm, sort and rate a number of concrete suggestions of what the different stakeholders think should be done. You will get support in describing both the current situation and a future vision in practical terms. With facilitation and a powerful software it is possible to, in just 8 hours participant time, process a large number of practical suggestion building a solid Plan of Action that everyone can buy into. - Network Analysis: A relatively new and value adding methodology, helping an organisation map the relationships between staff, departments or other organisations. It can help visualize networks that are normally invisible and so help managers manage what they normally can not see. You may discover bottle necks or under-utilized resources that need attention. - Web surveys: We assist managers in designing, implementing and interpreting organisation-wide surveys related to work place issues, strategic questions etc. We have a large number of tested questions to start with and can tailor the survey to your needs. The results from staff"s rating and suggestions are displayed using clear graphics that will help you understand and take action that lead to measurable change.
